Introducing Cycle Retreats Loyalty Scheme.
Cycle Retreats was launched over 6 years ago now and we can’t believe where the time has gone! One thing that has never gone unnoticed is how many of our amazing guests have returned to us year after year and continue to do so, many more than once a year!
We wanted to find away to say a MASSIVE thank you to all these guests who we have enjoyed cycling with and who have helped Cycle Retreats grow as a business, but more importantly have helped us to create this wonderful cycling family.
We are proud to announce that as from March 2023, we will be launching our Cycle Retreats Loyalty Scheme.
The scheme will include all holidays taken from January 2022 allowing guests to benefit from their previous bookings. Please see below our Loyalty Scheme categories and the benefits they offer our guests :-
Returning Riders with under 5 holidays with Cycle Retreats will be known as Cat 1 Riders and will benefit from the following:
- 2.5% discount on all subsequent holidays in a calendar year
- A Cycle Retreats jersey on their first holiday with us in a calendar year.
- Cycle Retreats socks as a gift on their subsequent holidays in a calendar year.
- Access to the private Facebook group
- Access to the Cycle Retreats App
- 1st offer on all holiday dates for Retreats, Pop-ups, and Tours
Pro Riders
The next level of benefits are guests who have taken 5 holidays or more and will be known as Pro Riders and will benefit from the following:
- All the Cat 1 rider benefits.
- Upgraded to 5% discount on all subsequent holidays in a calendar year.
- 30 min complementary massage when in Jalon Retreat.
- A unique technical hoody only available to Pro rider guests.
Grand Cycle Retreats Riders (GC Riders)
The next level of guest are people who have taken 10 holidays and will become known as Grand Client Riders (GC riders for short). GC Riders will benefit from the following:
- All the Pro Rider benefits.
- Upgraded to 10% discount on all subsequent holidays in a calendar year.
- Upgraded from a 30 min massage to a 60 min complementary massage when in Jalon Retreat.
- A full GC kit that is being designed only for this special group.
Podium Riders
The last level riders can aim for are Podium Riders. Podium riders will have taken 20 holidays with Cycle Retreats. Podium Riders will benefit from the following:
- All the GC Riders benefits.
- Upgraded to 10% discount of all holidays.
- One complementary holiday in our Jalon Retreats.
- A Pro Rider Jersey that will be designed uniquely for each rider in this group.
To keep your level of rider status you must make a one holiday every calendar year until you are at Podium Rider status, where you will be a Podium Rider for life!
Please note:
- Cycle Retreats LITES holidays and Virtual Training Programs virtually are not included in the status count.
- All guests will be notified of their benefit level when they make their next booking with us.
- Holiday season now runs from January to December to make tracking the new loyalty scheme easier for all.
